Terms of Service

1. The service and the beta

Trợ lý AI Nhắc việc is a personal assistant that turns Google Calendar and Gmail into hourly briefings, reminds you at the right time, gathers what needs your decision, tracks delegated work and writes meeting minutes.

The service is in beta: features may change, be interrupted or contain bugs. Major changes are announced on our What's new page or in the app.

2. Eligibility

To use the service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms.
• You use the service lawfully and follow Google's terms when connecting Google Calendar and Gmail.
• If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you are authorized to bind it to these terms.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping your devices and sessions secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can sign out or delete your account at any time in Me & settings.

4. Plans and payment

• The Free plan has no time limit and the quotas shown in our pricing, e.g. 50 assistant requests per month.
• Pro is purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you buy. Promotional prices apply only during the announced period.
• Your first Pro subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews and the store charges you for the period you chose.
• Cancel renewal in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or via Me & settings → Your plan → Cancel. After cancelling, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under each store's policy; we don't collect payments directly or store card details.
• The Business plan is governed by a separate quote and contract.

5. AI-generated content

Briefings, summaries, extracted tasks, email drafts and minutes are generated by AI models from your data and may be wrong, incomplete or miss context.

• You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it to decide, sending it to others or acting on it.
• The assistant always shows the source (“Original message”) and only sends email, creates, moves or deletes Google Calendar events, or reminds colleagues after you tap to confirm.
• Small actions you allow the assistant to take on its own, such as moving an internal task on a clash, always show the reason and can be undone.

6. Your data and content

You keep all rights to your data and content. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

When recording meetings, you are responsible for informing participants and obtaining their consent as required by law and your workplace.

7. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use the service to break the law, harass, defraud or spread harmful content.
• Record or process other people's data without the right to do so.
• Access our systems without authorization, scan, overload or interfere with them, including using tricks to bypass quotas.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Deliberately plant instructions in email, calendar events, web pages or images to make the assistant act against the user's intent.

8. Intellectual property

The Trợ lý AI Nhắc việc name, logo, mascot, interface and software belong to us. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where appropriate.

When an account ends, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, especially during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data or missed appointments arising from using or being unable to use the service, including late reminders or incorrect AI content.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited under Vietnamese law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be settled by negotiation; failing that, they will be brought before a competent court in Vietnam.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Important changes are announced in the app in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new version.
